I've got to give a huge shout out to Precision Towing for the stellar customer service.  I can't imagine the industry is always kind to the drivers, the office staff, or the industry in general.
I had been in contact to tow my car.  The customer service, communication, and time spent deserves to be raved about.  It was an incredibly stressful situation. Mark and the rest of their team helped see me through it.
